| World dignitaries including US First Lady Hillary Clinton and Russian Foreign Minister Igor Ivanov attended the funeral.
Mrs Rabin was an outspoken campaigner for the Middle East peace process and after her husband's death in 1995 became a significant political figure in her own right. The BBC's Jeremy Cooke reports.
