'Appalling abuse' at NHS hospital
Independent inquiries into two NHS trusts have found devastating failures by management. Inspectors are now being sent into the heart centre at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford after the unit was described as dysfunctional. In an exclusive interview for the BBC, the nurse who blew the whistle on the Radcliffe says patient care suffered there. At another hospital in Carlisle - the government's new health watchdog says patients were subjected to "cruel and degrading practices". Niall Dickson reports.
