Pakistan takes four English wickets

CRICKET: Pakistan has taken four wickets on the first day of the test match against England.

All fell to the bowling of Saqlain Mushtaq, who took 4 for 61, from 30 overs.

England ended the day at 195 for 4.

England's previous tour of Pakistan was marred by a row between its former captain, Mike Gatting, and a Pakistani umpire.

The current match referee, Ranjan Madugalle of Sri Lanka, called on both teams to show cricket in a positive light this time.
