The Italian opposition leader and former Prime Minister, Silvio Berlusconi, is to stand trial over football transfer fees.
Prosecutors in Milan say Mr Berlusconi concealed the illegal payment of six million dollars that secured the 1992 transfer of Gianluigi Lentini to the AC Milan team, owned by Mr Berlusconi.
Two other people have also been charged.
Mr Berlusconi has denied the charges.
Last year he was sentenced to sixteen months' imprisonment in a case involving his business group, Fininvest.
