Vietnam remembered
	Later this week President Clinton arrives in the Vietnamese capital Hanoi for an historic three day visit. He'll be honouring the thousands of Americans who gave their lives in the Vietnam war, although he himself avoided the draft. But Vietnam paid a much heavier price for victory and as our Asia Correpondent Matt Frei reports, for some Vietnamese people it is still very hard to forgive.
