Balloon beats bombs
	A new weapon has been launched in the battle to clear up all the unexploded mines left over from the war in Kosovo. Financed in part by the British government and the Virgin group, a huge air balloon has been sent to the province to help disarm the estimated 80,000 bombs and unexploded devices which still remain. The BBC's Nicholas Wood reports.
