| The French Prime Minister, Lionel Jospin, has announced a series of food safety measures to combat concern over the rise in cases of BSE in France. Mr Jospin has called for a ban on meat and bone meal in all animal feed as well as a ban on T-bone steaks. From Paris, James Coomarasamy reports:
