Fuel protestors prepare for rally |
| Fuel campaigners are to hold rallies in London and Edinburgh, despite doubts about the level of public support. In London, police have relaxed some of the plans to exclude a convoy of protest lorries from the city. It appears that fewer than expected have taken part.
