Fuel protestors converge on London
Truck drivers and other motorists from across England and Wales are expected to converge on London later today to demonstrate against the level of fuel tax. The event will mark the end of a sixty day deadline set by the protestors in September for the British government to cut the levy on fuel. The government has made some concessions but many of the demonstrators say they're not enough. Protests two months ago almost brought the country to a standstill. But the BBC's British Affairs correspondent says the demonstration has since lost a lot of public support while the protest movement itself has been riven by disagreements.
