Diplomatic 'triumph' for Iraq
	Leaders of the Islamic world have ended their summit in Qatar with strong rhetoric against Israel but few practical measures. The final communiqué merely invites Muslim nations to cut their ties with Israel. Meanwhile Iraq, which sent a high level delegation to the summit, says it's agreed to begin a dialogue with the UN without preconditions. The BBC's Frank Gardner reports from Qatar.
