Net revolution on pricing
	It could be the break that internet users have been waiting for -- widespread, unmetered access over ordinary phone lines should be available early next year. The telecommunications watchdog, Oftel, is to force British Telecom to allow Internet companies to use its lines for a flat-rate price -- which should mean a better deal for internet users.
