New chaos in Florida vote row

The battle to decide who will be America's new president is moving to the courts in Florida. George W Bush wants a judge in Miami to stop four counties from recounting their votes by hand. But officials in one county have launched legal action of their own, calling for an extension to Tuesday's deadline for the recount to be completed.
