Barak and Clinton in Middle East talks

The Israeli Prime Minister, Ehud Barak, has been in Washington for talks with President Clinton, aimed at ending the violence in the Middle East. Mr Barak gave few details of the meeting, which he said was aimed at implementing the peace deal with the Palestinians, reached at Sharm el-Sheikh. But the international diplomacy hasn't halted the fighting in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.
