Police foil NI mortor attack
	Police in Northern Ireland say they have foiled a mortar bomb attack in County Fermanagh. A spokesman said four men were arrested when a white van containing the device was intercepted near Derrylin on the main Enniskillen to Dublin road. Chris Capper reports.
