| Hospital officials in the West Bank say a Palestinian youth has been shot dead by Israeli troops during clashes in Ramallah. The death is the first reported since Israel sealed off Palestinian-controlled areas of the West Bank and Gaza overnight following the killing of four Israelis and four Palestinians.
