Ukranian forces have for the first time been taking part in military exercises in Britain.
The ten-day exercise, which ends on Friday, also includes Polish paratroopers.
British forces trained in Ukraine last year.
The British Defence Secretary, George Robertson, has said joint exercises by former Cold War enemies are important for breaking down past barriers, and laying the foundations for conflict prevention.
Poland is being invited to join Britain inthe NATO alliance along with Hungary and the Czech Republic.
But Ukraine has not so far opted to join.
