Kashmiri separatist released
A senior leader of the separatist movement in Indian-administered Kashmir has been released from jail after spending more than six months in detention.
Abdul Gani Lone of the All-Party Hurriyat Conference was arrested last November after leading a protest march in Srinagar.
He had previously rejected offers to be released from jail because of his refusal to comply with an undertaking to appear in court whenever required.
