Pakistan still to decide on nuclear test
The Pakistani president, Rafiq Tarar, says Pakistan has yet to decide whether to carry out its own nuclear test.
He said the Prime Minister, Nawaz Sharif, would announce his plans soon.
Pakistan has been coming under strong international pressure not to follow India's example.
