The largest cruise liner ever built, the Grand Princess, sets sail on her maiden voyage later today from the Turkish city of Istanbul.
The ship, which was built in Italy at a cost of four-hundred-and-fifty-million dollars, is described by her owners as the last word in cruising luxury.
She has five swimming pools and a miniature golf course on board.
Correspondents say there is a growing trend towards such large vessels to meet the increasing demand for luxury cruises.
