US Drug-czar in the Dominican Republic

. The adviser to President Clinton on drugs policy, Barry McCaffrey, is in the Dominican Republic to talk about measures to combat drug-trafficking in the Caribbean.

He is due to meet the Dominican President, Leonel Fernandez.
