India says Pakistan started latest border clashes in Kashmir

TO FOLLOW PAKISTAN KASHMIR ARMS A senior Indian army official, Brigadier AK Chopra, said Pakistani soldiers had started firing on Indian positions along the disputed border in Kashmir on Sunday.

Brigadier Chopra said that Indian troops returned the fire, but said that the border was now quiet.
