Pilot error blamed for Cambodian aircrash
The state aviation authority in Cambodia says that pilot error caused the crash of a Vietnam Airlines flight eight months ago which killed more than sixty people. In a report, the Cambodian authorities said that the pilot, flying from Ho Chi Minh City to Pnomh Penh, ignored pleas from his first officer and flight engineer to abort the landing because of poor visibility.
