Murder suspect arrested in Amman

Jordanian police say they have arrested a suspect in connection with a recent spate of murders in the capital, Amman.

The police say that another suspect shot himself on the spot as police tried to arrest him in the township of Sahab.

Eight people, including a senior Iraqi diplomat, have been murdered in Amman since the beginning of this year.
