Jockey Club injunction
The Jockey Club secured an injunction on whistleblower Roger Buffham over confidential documents.

The indefinite gagging order prevented Buffham from revealing his claims of corruption within the racing industry and that the Jockey Club has turned a blind eye to it.

They argued that he was breaking a confidentiality agreement signed when he left his post in 2001, and that he was using confidential documents.
