Shelter Despite massive US aid targeted at improving health services, many Afghans have yet to see real progress towards a better life. One in five children die before the age of five and many women do not have access to adequate health care. One small group that has seen a rise in their standard of living since the fall of the Taleban are the children at the state run Tahir Maskan orphanage in Kabul. |
