Plans for another development of first time buyer homes have been submitted by the Isle of Man government.
The Department of Local Government and the Environment (DoLGE) wants to build a mix of semi-detached and terraced houses at Cronk Grianagh in Braddan.
Price details have not been revealed but the 16 homes will be built to standards set out by the government's House Purchase Assistance Scheme.
If plans are approved, the development should be completed by summer 2008.
Juan Watterson MHK, DoLGE member for housing, said: "The department has a programme for over 400 new first-time buyer homes, to be completed over the next three years, which will be allocated to local people who are on the department's first-time buyers' register.
"The houses previously completed at Cronk Grianagh proved very popular with first-time buyers and I believe that this latest development will prove to be equally popular."
