'I don't know why I have HIV'

Some of the most disturbing pictures to emerge from Romania when the old communist state fell apart, were from the country's appalling state orphanages.

The luckiest managed to leave and build independent lives for themselves. But now, thousands have discovered that they were infected with HIV in those orphanages.

Chris Rogers went to meet Florentina Boldijar, whose mother put her and 14 other siblings into an orphanage when they were babies. Florentina contracted HIV at the orphanage.
