Italy to get high-speed trains

Italy is to get its first private high-speed train service with a fleet of trains that will travel at around 300 km an hour.

The new company, Italo, which is backed by Ferrari, aims to take on the state-run railways and airlines on routes like Rome to Milan.

Duncan Kennedy reports from Rome.
