Arrests after riots in Brussels
Brussels map
Belgian police have arrested at least 30 people, including several youths, after two nights of rioting in a mainly immigrant suburb of Brussels.

The trouble erupted in Les Marolles on Monday night after a young man of North African origin died in police custody.

Police said some of those arrested were carrying material to make petrol bombs. The situation is now said to be calm.

Faysal Chaaban, 25, was found dead in his cell on Monday morning. He had been given sedatives by a doctor.

Prosecutors said the results of toxicology tests would take weeks to come back from the laboratory.
