Inside Chinese conflict city

The BBC's John Simpson has visited the Chinese province of Xinjiang, where three months ago ethnic violence led to more than 200 people being killed.

Much of the violence took place in its capital Urumqi. The Chinese government was shocked by the clashes which erupted between Muslim Uighurs and Han Chinese.

At least 1500 people have been arrested but tensions remain high.
