Taiwan approves Dalai Lama visit

Taiwan's president has approved a visit by the Tibetan spiritual leader, the Dalai Lama.

Last year he turned down a visit, saying the timing was not right but now he says the Dalai Lama can come to comfort victims of Typhoon Morakot.

From Taipei, Cindy Sui reports.
