Obama admits US immigration system is 'broken'

President Obama says the US immigration system is broken and needs to be fixed.

Speaking at the White House after talks with the Mexican president, Mr Obama appealed for bi-partisan support for immigration reform.

In a show of agreement, the two leaders both took aim at Arizona's tough new anti-immigration law, calling it misdirected and discriminatory.
