Congolese voters' views: Kudra
Various presidential run-off scenes in DR Congo

Kudra Katembo, 21, is a student in the Democratic Republic of Congo's northern city, Kisangani.

I think Kabila is the best.

Especially if you look back over our past and see the history of his challenger, Jean-Pierre Bemba. His past is not the best.

He would be very dangerous for the people of Congo.

His ideas are not good and he is a divisive figure.

Here, as far as I can see and with all that I have known and experienced, I am certain that the only candidate for us is Kabila.

He can make it I believe. All this business of him not being Congolese is rubbish - his father is Congolese as is his mother, and so how he can be of another nationality is a mystery to me.

The future of Congo will be better with Kabila.

Over the last five years he has had to contend with the system we had in place of one president and four vice-presidents which has not made it easy for him to do what he wanted to do.

If he gains power as sole leader of our country he will be even better and could bring us something greater.

There are many reasons why I want Kabila to win but his vision, his manner to be with the people and live with the people, at one with the people, is most necessary.
