Plan to avert Arctic 'oil rush'

Ministers from Denmark, Norway, Russia, Canada and the US have agreed to protect the region from a possible "black gold rush".

It is thought the Arctic could hold as much as a quarter of the world's untapped oil reserves, and the temptation to explore the area is growing. Richard Galpin reports from Moscow.
