Nine anti-war campaigners have been charged after a two-day protest at Beaumaris Castle on Anglesey.
The protest by seven men and two women at the island castle ended just before 1700 BST on Monday - as the protesters had said it would.
Nine people were immediately arrested by officers from North Wales Police after the demonstration ended.
Protesters have been charged with a common law offence of causing a public nuisance and have been bailed to appear before Holyhead Magistrates on 6 July.
The demonstration was said to be against "the illegal occupation" of Iraq by Britain and America and on the plight of Palestinians.
The tourist attraction was closed to visitors during the protest, which began on Sunday morning.
Earlier the group, made up of students from Bangor University, had said they chose the castle for the protest because it was an easy target.
Protesters entered the castle during Sunday morning during a peaceful protest outside.
North Wales Police said they had closed the castle because campaigners were refusing to leave.
