Stafford Hospital report author discusses findings

An independent inquiry into deaths at Stafford Hospital has said the Mid Staffordshire NHS Trust had become driven by targets and cost-cutting.

Anthony Bartram spoke to the author of the report, Robert Francis QC, about his findings.
