Cumbria police say flood recovery 'a long process'

Chief Constable of Cumbria Police Craig Mackey says it will take "a long time" for flooded towns to return to normal.

Police said owners of the 900 properties affected in Cockermouth could return, although the town would not yet be opened to the public.
