On board an oil platform in Iraq

As the majority of British forces near the end of their time in Iraq, a small team is staying behind to help train Iraqi forces to guard the country's oil platforms.

Over 90% of the entire oil revenue comes from the two terminals, making them crucial to the economy.

Commander of the Iraqi Maritime task force, Captain Karl van Deusen, shows the BBC's Caroline Wyatt around one of the oil platforms.
