Government targets benefit cheats


Benefit cheats living abroad could be costing the British taxpayer as much as £63 million every year.

The government is set to announce a crackdown and wants people to report expats cheating the system.

The BBC's Jenny Hill went to Spain where many people believe benefit fraud is widespread.
