Jones-Hughes forced into decision

Jones-Hughes has already turned out for the Australian Barbarians

Centre Jason Jones-Hughes has been given a new dilemma after being named in the Australian Barbarians squad to tour New Zealand next week.

The player is at the middle of a tug-of-war between Australia and Wales, who both lay claim to his international services.

Wales named the 22-year-old in their provisional squad for the World Cup in October.

Australia protested and the International Rugby Board (IRB) ruled in their favour last week.

Jones-Hughes has already appeared for the Barbarians Down Under, Australia's official Second XV, against Scotland.

The New South Wales' star's is Welsh, and he was considering fighting the IRB decision.

Now he must decide whether he can afford to reject Australia's selection in the hope of a rethink from the IRB.
