Police stripogram charged again
Stuart Kennedy dressed in police uniform
Mr Kennedy is now due at Aberdeen Sheriff Court twice this week
A male stripogram facing court over wearing a police uniform and equipment has been charged for a second time.

Stuart Kennedy is already due to face court this Friday after an incident in Aberdeen's Bon Accord Street in March.

Mr Kennedy appeared again at an event on Saturday night in Oldmeldrum and was detained by police officers.

Police said a 24-year-old had been charged in connection with wearing articles of police uniform. He is due at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Thursday.

A plea of not guilty was previously lodged on Mr Kennedy's behalf at Aberdeen Sheriff Court in relation to the original offensive weapons charges including having batons in public.

The original police uniform charge is not being pursued.
