Two charged after bingo roof fall
Accident and emergency
The boy and the bingo worker were both taken to hospital
A 13-year-old boy was injured when he fell through the roof of a Peterhead bingo hall - and landed on a worker.

Emergency crews were called to the Gala Bingo Club in the Aberdeenshire town's Marischal Street on Tuesday afternoon.

A woman who was working in the bingo hall was injured when the youth landed on top of her. Their injuries were not thought to be life-threatening.

Grampian Police later said two youths aged 12 and 13 had been charged in connection with the incident.

The injured boy and female staff member were taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary and Peterhead Community Hospital respectively.

Grampian Police said enquiries were continuing and a report would be submitted to the Children's Reporter.
