Indecent assault on 19-year-old
A teenager is recovering after being indecently assaulted in Edinburgh.

The 19-year-old woman was walking along Charles Street towards George Square when two men started chatting to her on Sunday at about 0100 BST.

Shortly after one of the men indecently assaulted her, and she screamed. Both men then made off towards Potterow.

The first man is white, 25 to 30 years old, 5ft 10ins, of medium build, with dark blond, short-spiky hair, and was wearing a white shirt and jeans.

The second man is white, 6ft 2ins, of stocky build, with short dark hair, and was wearing a white shirt and jeans.

A spokesman for Lothian and Borders Police said: "This was a disturbing incident, which caused the young woman a considerable amount of distress.

"We would like anyone who was in the area at the time and witnessed the incident, or saw anything suspicious, to come forward with information."
