Lewis Baston is a Research Fellow at Kingston University and assisted Anthony Seldon with his biography of John Major. He acted as historical consultant to the BBC series The Major Years and has contributed chapters to academic books including The Labour Party: A Centenary History and The Heath Government 1970-74.
