Keith Vaz: 'Cumbria gun crime had doubled'

Labour MP Keith Vaz, who has chaired the Home Affairs Select Committee, claims the number of gun crimes had virtually doubled in Cumbria.

He was speaking in a debate about Wednesday's fatal shootings along with Brian Mackenzie, a former chief superintendent in Durham, along with the economist and commentator Irwin Stelzer giving an American view.
