Labour's new leader in Wales Carwyn Jones

Carwyn Jones won the race to succeed Rhodri Morgan as leader of Labour in Wales and is expected to become first minister next week, leading a coalition government with Plaid Cymru.

The two parties' coalition was rocked last week by a row over the timing of a referendum on primary law-making powers for the assembly, a key part of their One Wales deal.

Mr Jones was asked to explain the referendum conundrum.
