Hague mocks 'President Blair'

Tony Blair has said nothing about his desire for the European Presidency. However, his name has been in the frame ever since he left office and now finally this week's EU Summit will consider the candidates to replace the rotating presidency.

Speaking in the House of Commons in 2008, the Shadow Foreign Secretary William Hague considered how Gordon Brown would react to a future 'President Blair'.
