You sent us your images of the severe cold snap gripping Europe. John, from Berlin, sent this photo taken from an ice breaker boat on the frozen River Spree in the German capital.

Stockholm harbour

Sebastian Merz sent this picture of Stockholm harbour at night. "This picture shows how the ice is slowly sneaking into the fresh water of Stockholm harbour," he said.
