Kate Ford celebrated with co-star Shobna Gulati when Coronation Street swept to victory in the best soap category at the TV Quick and TV Choice Awards.

Emma Atkins, who plays Charity Tate in Emmerdale, was crowned best soap actress, beating June Brown (Dot Branning) from EastEnders and Coronation Street's Kate Ford (Tracy Barlow).

Paul O'Grady

Small screen favourite Paul O'Grady took the award for best daytime show.

Nancy Sorrell

I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! - which starred Nacy Sorrell - triumphed over Big Brother in the best reality show category.

Jayne Middlemiss

TV presenter and Celebrity Love Island winner Jayne Middlemiss was also at the awards, which were voted for by readers of TV Quick and TV Choice.
