First-choice keeper Edwin van der Sar comes in for Sander Westerveld as the Dutch make just one change from the side that beat world champions France.
Yugoslavia are without the suspended Slavisa Jokanovic and Mateja Kezman. Nisa Saveljic replaces Jokanovic while Dejan Govedarica comes in for Goran Djorovic.
3 mins: Dennis Bergkamp's fierce drive from the edge of the area cannons back off Sinisa Mihajlovic.
11 mins: Edwin van der Sar is forced to dive full length to punch clear Mihajlovic's free kick, which is whipped in from the left after Predrag Mijatovic is fouled by Paul Bosvelt.
15 mins: van der Sar pulls of great save to block Mijatovic's shot after Savo Milosevic has cut through the Dutch defence like a knife.
17 mins: Philip Cocu takes a whack from Milosevic as the Yugoslav striker tries an overhead kick.
19 mins: Bergkamp scuffs his left-foot shot but still forces Kralj into a diving save low down to his left.
20 mins: Edgar Davids wastes the best chance of the game so far when he blazes over with just the goalkeeper to beat after being put through by Bergkamp.
24 mins: Kluivert puts Holland in front after latching onto a wonderful chip from Bergkamp and then planting a right-foot shot past Kralj from eight yards.
25 mins: Boudewijn Zenden comes close to doubling Holland's lead when he fires in a low, right-foot shot which Kralj just about hangs onto.
30 mins: Kralj does well to keep out another Dutch effort, this time from Arthur Numan, who fires in a shot from the left.
31 mins: Mihajlovic tries his luck from long range but his dipping free kick from 30 yards is saved low down to his left by van der Sar.
36 mins: Milosevic goes down after Zenden boots the ball into his face. After treatment, Milosevic returns to the fray.
38 mins: Kluivert sidefoots home his second of the game, this time getting on the end of a defence-splitting pass from Davids.
47 mins: Marc Overmars miscues his shot, which sails harmlessly high and wide.
48 mins: Bosvelt is the first player booked after tripping Mijatovic.
51 mins: Kluivert celebrates after Holland make it 3-0 but his third goal is later ruled an own goal by Dejan Govedarica.
53 mins: Dejan Stankovic replaces Dragan Stojkovic.
54 mins: There are no doubts about Holland's fourth. Kluivert volleys home for a hat-trick from Zenden's little dink from the left byline.
56 mins: Jovan Stankovic replaces Nisa Saveljic.
60 mins: Kluivert is replaced by Roy Makaay, who almost scores with a header seconds after coming on.
65 mins: Sander Westerveld replaces van der Sar.
68 mins: Mihajlovic whips a free kick just wide of Westerveld's left-hand post.

75 mins: Cocu clatters into a post as he stops Milosevic from reducing the arrears. The Dutchman rejoins the action after treatment.

90 mins: Overmars grabs his second of the game, pouncing on the loose ball after Cocu strikes the post from 20 yards.
90 mins: Milosevic scores a late consolation for Yugoslavia, rolling the ball home from close range.
